LO: To write a Haiku poem.

Today you can have some fun creating your own Haiku poems all about your experiences of life at home since school closed. To be successful you just need to follow the 5-7-5 syllable rule for the three lines of your poem.

On the next page are some images to help you think of some ideas for your poems. There is also the Mrs W word bank to support your ideas.

Write 3 Haiku poems. Include some Mrs Wordsmith words. It may help to select a word and then build your poem around it.
