How to Buy TicketsIn Person Visit the RPO Box Office at 108 East Avenue in downtown Rochester. We’re open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm (10 am to 3 pm on non-concert Saturdays). On concert evenings, tickets may be purchased beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance at the box office in the theatre lobby. No service or handling fees are charged for in-person purchases at the RPO Box Office or at the concert site.

Please note: Tickets ordered less than seven working days in advance will be held for you to pick up unless otherwise requested. Tickets may be picked up at the RPO Box Office during regular business hours or at the will-call table at the theatre beginning 60 minutes prior to the performance.

Discounts: Senior citizens (62+), students (with valid ID) and children save 20% on advance tickets for Philharmonics and WPOP performances only. Reduced-price rush tickets for senior citizens, students and children may be available the day of Philharmonics and WPOP performances. The PAETEC Philharmonics Partners program offers $9 Philharmonics tickets to students with valid ID. (Please note: These student tickets may only be purchased during the week of the concert and are subject to availability.) Groups of 10 or more also can save. General InformationPerformance Venues All Philharmonics, WPOP, Casual Sunday Matinee, The Nutcracker, orKIDStra Holiday and Special Event performances take place at the Eastman Theatre, 60 Gibbs Street. Symphony 101 and orKIDStra Series concerts are held at the Performance Hall at Hochstein, 50 North Plymouth Avenue.

Philharmonics Pre-Concert Chats Ticket holders are invited to attend Pre-Concert Chats about the music and the composers one hour before each Philharmonics concert in the Eastman Theatre.

Seating for People with Wheelchairs and Special Needs Special seating areas are available in all venues for people with wheelchairs and special needs. Please discuss special seating needs when making your purchase. Please see the house manager for assistance being seated. People who use wheelchairs may enter the Eastman Theatre through the first entrance to the lobby on Gibbs Street.

Parking • Eastman Theatre Secure, well-lit parking for the Eastman Theatre is available

at the East End Garage. Entrances are located on Main and Scio Streets. You may find it more convenient to park at the Main Street end of the garage.

• Hochstein School of Music and Dance Convenient paid parking is available at the Sister Cities

Garage on the corner of Church and Fitzhugh Streets, behind the school. Parking is free on Sundays on the streets around the school.
