Sta-Lok tie rods are manufactured from highstrength Stainless steel grade 316 (1.4404)and Duplex 2205 (1.4462).Standard system lengths up to 3 metres canbe supplied with a variety of end fitting options.System lengths up to 6 metres can bemanufactured to special order; alternativelyrod connectors can be used to achieve longerspans.
AdjustmentSta-Lok rod systems are manufactured withthreads machined at each end. +/- Adjustmentis achieved by rotation of the rod in aclockwise or counter-clockwise direction.
Ready to InstallOur systems are supplied pre-assembledand adjusted to your specifications; thismeans that they can be fitted straight fromthe box.
Where required, rods can be individuallylabelled and supplied with a locationregister to speed up identification and siteinstallation.

PinsDouble headed pins including pin headand locking screw are supplied asstandard.
Isolating between different materials canbe achieved by using isolation washersand sleeves.
Ready to InstallTie rod systems are suppliedready to install. Fork Ends are pre-assembled and adjusted to customers’pin / pin requirements.
Fork Finish OptionsFork ends and conical nuts are availablewith Satin (240 grit finish) as standard,Highly polished finish is optional.
