Tievoli Hills Resort is located about an hour northwest of St. Louis, MO and just 15

minutes off of Interstate 64/61 at Eolia, MO. This is a short drive from the interstate, but

s ll far enough from the bustle of life to relax and enjoy the country atmosphere.

EASTERN MISSOURI CLIMATE

The rolling hills of Eastern Central Missouri near the Mississippi River affords the area a vibrantly

colorful four-season year. While low temperatures may drop into the teens and at mes even to single digits for a few days during mid-winter, the winters are generally mild.

The actual cold of the winter only remains for a few short months before burs ng into spring. Spring marks the beginning of the bustling

overlooking the lake and rolling hills. While the large log cabin offers a more private and relaxing shaded stay. The smaller log

cabins are also shaded and located close to the RV area for those that want the RV experience without the RV. The hunters lodge

The Lodge’s lower level includes a theater and game room which can be opened to

resort guests while the upper level includes a second kitchen, recep on hall, two honeymoon suites, and a third-floor

penthouse with lake views. The second and third floors have an exterior private

entrance as well as access to the main floor of the Lodge. The lower level also provides addi onal storage space along with a walk-

As a unique amenity to the resort, the Sports Plex includes space for a variety of ac vi es. With facili es for basketball, racquetball, shuffle board, ba ng cages, baseball and more, the Sports Plex is ideal for

athletes at any level.

Another great spot for the family is the large, recently updated, gunite (concrete) pool which offers two spacious covered picnic and grilling

areas. The newly refinished pool deck offers ample room for the sunbathers, while the converted helicopter landing site makes a great

elevated tanning and observa on deck. Surrounding the pool are changing rooms, playgrounds, and a snack bar with extensive parking.

Prior to forming SVN® | Holman Norden (SVN | HN), Will had spent several years at Marcus & Millichap Will has had asuccessful and diverse career since starting in the Real Estate sales industry in 1984. After being raised in a Real EstateDevelopment and Construction family it only made sense that he chose that as his career. He began in the sales anddevelopment of residential product types and quickly moved into the commercial arena. Will has participated in excess of One Billion Dollars($1,000,000,000) in transactions not only as the Broker but also as Principal, Developer and Builder. During his career Will has been associated with some of the St. Louis areas larger companies. Prior to SVN | Holman Norden, Drew Goellner spent a short time in residential real estate before being drawn to thecommercial product type. Prior to being licensed in 2015, Drew acted as sales manager for his father’s manufacturingcompany.

At SVN | Holman Norden, Drew specializes in Triple Net Investment and Self-Storage Properties. Serving the GreaterMidwest market while based in the St. Louis MSA, a central location to better serve his clients. These specialties are anatural fit as Drew has worked with his family’s historical and mixed-use portfolio his entire life, and interacts with hisin-law’s portfolio of farm and self-storage parcels.

Drew, through diligent efforts and effective use of technology, has been able to market his listed properties on a nationalbasis. This allows Drew to reach approximately 100,000 Commercial Real Estate Professionals and their clientsnationally. By using these methods and following the SVN principal of sharing 50% of the Fee 100% of the time Drew isable, on average, to get sellers more for their properties.

Drew graduated from the University of Missouri, and SEC D-1 school, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship.
