The ‘why, what and how’ to build using timber frameTimber has been used across the construction sector for many years, but recently, interest in the material has significantly increased due to the environmental and financial benefits which it offers. On 18 March, the Structural Timber Association is holding an event in Manchester exploring the ‘why, what and how’ to build using timber frame technology - from concept to completion.
This event covers all the main aspects of building in timber and is designed mainly for architects, contractors, housebuilders, engineers, and quantity surveyors who have an interest in learning more about using the material for use in upcoming projects.
