No late nominations accepted. www.campdraftcentral.com.au Limited nominations & restricted to 8 First Round runs per Competitor (Including ASH Open) A Covid-19 Safety Plan is in place. All officials, volunteers, competitors and spectators must abide by these guidelines – including physical distancing and health & hygiene principals Refunds applicable to scratching’s: A 100% refund of the nomination fee will be given if the competitor withdraws more than 168 hours (7 days) prior to 8:00am on the first morning of the program. If a competitor withdraws less than 168 hours (7 days prior to 8:00am on the first morning of the program), then the entire nomination fee may be retained by the committee. If the committee deems that extenuating circumstances apply, then a refund may be granted. Each case will be at the discretion of the committee. Nomination & general enquires to Julie Richter or [email protected] Riders under the age of 18 must wear a helmet at all ACA affiliated events. Helmets must comply with current safety standards and be securely fastened under the chin at all times. Cattle kindly donated by Auvergne Station. The Committee advise a $15 Cattle Levy has been applied to all first round runs as a result of increased carting costs associated with the event.
