Give yourself some flexibility Don’t dress your seed until you need it.

The Innoculator is a self contained seed dressing

unit, designed to take the hassle out of seed dress-

ing. It’s been designed, to be used in conjunction

with an auger, which will mix the product into the

grain as it travels up the auger.

In tests held by the Kondinin Group in 2002 the In-

noculator achieved a 92% seed coverage rate, one

of the highest of all the machines tested.

I240v Innoculator 12 volt The Innoculator

The Innoculator is a simple self-contained seed

dressing unit, designed to take the hassle out of seed

dressing. It’s been designed, to be used in

conjunction with an auger, which will mix the

product into the seed as it travels up the auger.

There are 2 types of Innoculator Petrol and 240 volt

The main features are;

- 100ltr calibrated tank

- The revolutionary “Waterfold” mixing action

- 180 l/min 240 volt electric pump or petrol pump

- 3-way ball valve on outlet for agitate and delivery

- 3/4 mini ball valve for setting product rate

- 4m discharge hose

- Easy to clean out for product change over

- Light weight and easy to lift (approx 20kg)

- 3-way tap for suction fill.

Spray Bar

The spray bar allows you to apply seed dressing

through jets or an orifice plate using pressure to

regulate the flow. The spray bar is set up on the 1”

socket using a hose clamp with the spacer provided

that allows the spraybar to be put on and off as you

need it. The Spraybar comes with it’s own filter mesh

which is behind the 3/4” cap. If you require better

filtration a 3/4” filter can be fitted on the Innoculator

Self filling 3-way ball valve

The Innoculator comes with a three way ball valve

on the inlet that allows the Innoculator to fill itself.

All you need is a 1” hose from a water source (fire

fighter), this also enables quick and easy clean out

and flushing between tanks. You can also flush the

pump/outlet hose with clean water while leaving

left over product in the Innoculator tank.
