Architecture PlanningService component: Target Architecture Assessment
When starting digital transformations, SAP customers need to define the target architecture and the roadmap to layout how to get there. The TargetArchitecture Assessment focuses on existing artifacts that the project team has produced and reviews them against the Industry ReferenceArchitecture and the SAP Roadmap. As a result, the necessary adjustments to the target application architecture and transition plans are jointlyevaluated.
Business needs§ Transformation program planned based upon the Intelligent Enterprise§ Changing business models in need of digitalization strategy§ Compare existing artifacts against reference architectures and best practices
Delivery approach and scope§ Understand Licensee’s SAP Software solution, business processes and strategic direction with a focus
on architecture§ Review multiple levels of the customer’s target architecture including required capabilities, application
component selection and production instance strategy§ Provide guidance to the standardized methods, tools and accelerators to help customers develop and
