Hi, my name is Matthew Raymond and Im the ounder o Timerame Group. Ater many years in the

property and building industry, I established Timerame Group to bring together the best tradespeople in the

business.

As Berrima Gaol is the oldest gaol stillin operating in Australia we were proudto get this project. Berrima CorrectionalCentre is an Australian emale prisonlocatedat Berrima, New South Wales, Australia.The gaol was built o local sandstonebetween 1836 and1839. Much o thebuilding work was done by convicts inirons.[2]The gaol is now an all-emale Low-Medium security prison.

As this is the heritage building we had toensure that every regulation was ollowed, by

preserving the value, charm, and character othe gaol.

Technically challenging heritage work includingexcavating, concreting, gardening, retainingwalls and encing encouraged TimerameGroup team to work timelessly and withcommendable concentration, ultimatelyreceiving due praise rom Berrima Gaol orour impeccable attention to detail and the nequality o our workmanship.

Housing one o Australias leading hotelsthe York Hotel is an icon o Sydneys CBD.Timerame was contracted to undertake acomplete interior repaint and to maintain theintegrity o wallpaper and paintwork to 28levels. The project utilised special paint nishesalong with complex removal techniques othe existing wallpaper in areas such as theront reception, acilities and corridors. Thiswas successully completed with little or nointerruption to patrons, tenants and sta.

The level o nish and success o this projectresulted in Timerame Group being proudlyawarded winner or the Master Painters awardor excellence in Commercial Project o theYear 2009/2010. National Bank Seven Hillsrequired a well overdue acelit and TimerameGroup worked around the clock to ensure thesuccessul completion o the project on timeand with minimum disruption.

Young Post Oce is a heritage building. I

you look at the history Lambing Flat PostOce opened on 1 March 1861 and wasrenamed Young in 1863.

Firstly because Young Post Oce is theheritage building located in the conservationarea we had to be extra alert to ollow allthe regulations concerning heritage buildingreurbishment.

We had to make sure that our main taskwould be to restore integrity, structure andvalue o the Young Post Oce while returningit to its ormer glory.

We adept a saety policy at all times. Toachieve an accident ree work zone, weplanned our activities on a daily basis toidentiy electrical and other hazards aroundthe work place.
