Tinklers is a great little boutique in the Hunter Valley. The 2010 U&I Shiraz

is ample bodied with a bright dark crimson colour. The aromas of this

vintage were placid but the flavours were of ripe blackberries,

blueberries and cherries. The finish was medium and persistent.

Best drinking up to 2020.
