Showcase real experiences on your digital properties. Display user generated content to drive action. Similar to TripAdvisor, people believe other peers more than marketing departments.

Our analytics platform allows you to track what is working and what is not so that you can make real time decision based on data. You can then put CTAs on these authentic posts, leading to a higher conversion rate for bookings on your website.

Engage guests with relevant social content as they enter their room. In-room TINT’s provide insight into activities and promotions the guests can partake in during their stay.

Encourage on property spend from guests to showcasing authentic user experiences on in-room screens, and run simple competitions to incentivize guests to post their experience to social media and increase your brand impressions online.

TINT for in-room screens

Generate excitement by displaying guests’ posts on your digital screens in the lobby. Guests love to contribute for their 15 seconds of fame on the screen.

As more and more content is generated, your hotel will enjoy increased levels of relevant, authentic content that you can leverage for future marketing

Rove Hotels recently won a global award for the best website in the hospitality industry. Using our API, their team developed a custom website where user-generated content is dropped everywhere throughout each page of the site.

They have used filters to segment the content that is relevant to each page, i.e. on dining pages, it will only show F&B related content that has been generated from guests and approved from the marketing team

How easy is it to get TINT set up?

Page 16: TINT for Hotels

ESTIMATED TIME: 45 MINUTES

TINT was originally designed to be a self-serve tool, meaning that it is extremely easy to use and set up by your marketing department, without any assistance from your IT team.

Embedding on websites

How does it actually get on a website?

Once the TINT has been created from within the platform by the marketing team, a simple HTML code will be generated. This is then given to the web developer, who creates an iframe(basically a space in the site), and then drops our HTML code into this iframe.

This will not take the developer more than 15-30 minutes.

Once the code is embedded on the site once, it will never change. Any changes that are made to the content or design through the platform will reflect in real time to the website automatically.

TINT looks great on display screens, whether they are in guest rooms, lobbies, F&B outlets etc. It is very easy to take all of the authentic content that your customers create for your display screens.

Displaying on screens

How does it actually get on the screens?

Our platform generates a URL, which is fully responsive and will fit screens of all shapes and sizes. There are a number of ways that you can then get this URL to display on your screens.

If you have a digital signage system, we can drop the URL into this system and set it as a unique channel to display.

If you are looking to showcase user-generated content on a display screen that is not connected to any system, you can do so by connecting an old laptop via HDMI to the screen. In most cases, this is not possible however, so we recommend using a Google
