Tap on the Mail, Contact, Calendar, In Mail, contacts and calendar tap on Add Account as shown in the image below.





In Add Account tap on Other.





In Other Select Add mail account under mail.





Now Type your name, Your kindergarten email account ending with @kindergarten.vic.gov.au and also password in the New Account section.





Select IMAP or POP (IMAP for Preferred)





For Incoming and Outgoing Mail server, type the host name as mail.kindergarten.vic.gov.au Type your Kindergarten’s email address and its associated password in both Incoming and outgoing mail server.

Tap on Next, wait till iPad verifies your settings.





Now Tap on Save after the verification process is complete. If you get any error message at this stage, cancel everything and start over again.





Now you need to check if all the settings are properly configured. Select your kindergarten email accounts under mail, contacts and calendar.





Tap on your email address again in Account.





Now tap on SMTP mail.kindergarten.vic.gov.au in Accounts.





Tap on mail.kindergarten.vic.gov.au in Primary server.





Check the information in Outgoing mail server, it should resemble similar to the picture below

If the information is same as in the image, tap on Done.





Now Tap on Advanced in Accounts.





Check if the information in Incoming mail server is same as in the Picture below.

If it same as in the Picture, Go back to account and close the settings. Now try sending an email from your mail App.
