PLASTIC CARDS

Credit First Data Cards and Inserts (Agreement, Disclosures, Inserts, Card Carrier)

o Product counts are able to be viewed daily though our host site, and monthly through reports

o Forecasting reports are used to show the upcoming reissues, and then gauge the amount of lost/stolen cards

We maintain 11 distinct card designs Members are also able to use the DYOC product to personalize their credit cards for a min

fee.

Debit Personix/Output Solutions Cards and Inserts (Agreement, Disclosures, Inserts, Card Carrier)

o The product counts are monitored using an End of Month Report emailed and sent through the postal service from Personix Output Solutions.

o Previous month’s totals can be located using Personix’s web tool WC3 We maintain 9 distinct card designs Members are also able to use the DYOC product to personalize their debit cards for a min

fee. ATM Only

Personix/Output Solutions Cards and Inserts (Agreement, Disclosures, Inserts, Card Carrier)

Address Changes o Credit – can be done via mail to PSCU or via mail, email, VyStar call center, in person o Debit – can be done via mail, email, VyStar call center, in person

Cannot be done by calling PSCU or Fiserv’s call center

External Records o Maintained on the HOST for Credit o Allows updates to IB and IVR for balance display to members

Card Issuance

o Credit cards are approved by credit score to determine the rate/card the member qualifies for with a 3 year expiration date

Business Credit cards have a 2 year expiration date o Debit cards are issued to all members who qualify for and open a checking account with

a 2 year expiration date
