Presented by:Templeton Properties

do when there’s a conflict.

Make sure to understand what each of you defines as clean. If you don’t it can be the root of many
issues.

Make a list of who does what “chores” in the
apartment and stick to it.

Live with someone whose financial
situation and spending habits are similar to
yours.

Don’t borrow money from or lend money to your roommate. No,
no, no.

Make sure bills are handled equally so
each person has a say in what is spent.

A weekly check-in with how things are doing will go a long way to
support good communication.

If there’s a problem, address it right away.
Don’t let it have time to get worse.
