Shishir Poddar
Executive Chair
& Managing Director
Shishir brings considerable industry
experience having spent over 25 years
developing projects and working in the
graphite industry, from operations to
supply. He is a member of the National
Board for MSME as a Special Invitee,
Government of India and has made
wide contributions in the sphere of
industrial policy and development,
delivering keynote addresses in various
forums including the Parliamentary
Committee for Industries, India.
Alongside this, he has significant
expertise within financial analysis and
project construction.
Hemant Poddar
Non-Executive Director
Hemant has over 27 years of
experience in the flake graphite
industry. He has contributed
extensively to the development of
the industry, with continued
involvement in trade bodies and
representation in various forums.
Christian Dennis
Non-Executive Director
Based in London, Christian has over
20 years’ experience in the
London financial and capital markets.
With a focus on investment banking
and broking, he is widely connected
to a varied set of investor base in
London, Europe, Australia and
beyond.
Rajesh Kedia
Non-Executive Director
Based in London, Rajesh has over 15
years of experience working in
investment banking and investment
management with extensive
experience in mergers & acquisitions
and capital raising. He has advised
many companies on their growth
plans and raising capital on the
London Stock Exchange. For the past
five years, he has been working with
UK Government Investments Ltd as
an Assistant Director.

Mr. Bhagat has 38 years of techno-
commercial experience and expertise
in processing flake graphite into
specialty products like expandable
graphite for hi-tech applications like
environment friendly flame retardants
for aircraft cushions, foams, rubber
plastics, gaskets and sheets etc. He is
very well connected in the specialty
graphite markets and is highly
recognised in the industry for his
achievements and published research
papers presented in multiple
international conferences. With years
of experience in leading operations in
this sector, Mr. Bhagat proves to be a
dynamic leader with grip on multiple
arenas of the business
Kien Huynh
Chief Financial Officer
Kien is a mining industry professional
with over 20 years experience in
global capital markets and mining
finance. He has held various senior
executive management positions and
independent consulting roles for ASX
and AIM listed mining companies as
well as unlisted companies where he
has been responsible for aspects of
corporate financing, capital
structuring, strategy, business
development, commercial and
investor relations.
Uday P Singh
Project Director, TRM
Mr. Singh has over 35 years of
diversified experience in the
resource industry and project
management in India, Africa,
Indonesia, Bhutan etc. Well versed
with mining codes/regulations of
various and is a well learned and
experienced geologist. Having
worked with Geological Survey of
India for about 30 years at multiple
executive levels, he has exceptional
geological interpretation skills and a
huge record of achievements.
Puruvi PoddarGroup Head – Business & Project
Development
Puruvi graduated from the University
of Manchester with a BSc in Material
Science and Engineering. She has
experience and understanding of the
graphite industry and processing with
exposure to the sector for years. She
also has deep understanding of the
specialty graphite products and
graphene – their production processes,
applications and markets. She has done
feasibility studies on graphite projects
and participated in multiple graphite
and graphene conferences. She
contributes to multiple activities like
investor relations, market
development and sales, management
of production activities, business
development , strategic planning and
corporate development.
