You can change the colours and add any backgound you like, but please kepp the format of the template 1, 2.
Make sure the fig are good quality, otherwise the quality in the psoter will be bad.
They should have a min of 300dpi.
• Keep the fonts size as it is, this is an optimum size for posters.
• If ref are added, place them in order in the text, in numbered format
•The poster size must be: 596 mm by 842 mm (A1 size, portrait orientation)
•It must contain a top panel, with the University logo and the Conference logo, the title of the abstract, and names of authors.
• Other logos may be added on the left top corner of the poster
The arrangement of the boxes and size can be modified accordingly to
accommodate your text and figures, but keep margins and everything properly
aligned.
Please be sure that all poster illustrative
material is arranged in logical order.
All posters must be hung no later than
8.30 am on the day of the conference
and it must remain posted on each
designated panel during the entire day.
The program (available in the web at the
right time) and in the printed book will
specify the scheduled date and assigned
poster panel number for each poster.
Poster panel number will be placed on
the top of each board.

CONCLUSION
The presenter is required to be present during the poster session. A4 photocopies of the poster are advised to be available during your poster presentation to guide the audience. Any devices or prototypes that might help during the presentation are encouraged to be shown as long as it is feasible. It is important that the presenter of the poster make every effort to communicate with all interested audience. Please be prepared to repeat your key findings as many times as necessary, and present the data in a different order and/or degree of completeness to each listener. As with any presentation, clarity of expression is essential. Please be advised that all posters must be taken down at the end of the conference day. Any remaining posters left behind will be taken down and will be disposed.
