This scenario is very much like “The Matrix” where the world is ruled by machines and human are being

used of their purposes.

Scenario 2 : Where humans will rule over machines …

o Technology will very much be “working for” specialized needs and will be programmed to be friendly with human beings.

o “Collaborative Robot (CoBot)”

• Designed to be safe around people

• Intended assist, not replace human

• Not require skill to program

• Light weight, movable from task to task

• Simpler, cheaper, easier to operate and maintain

Scenario 3 : Where humans and machines will coexist …

o AI machines will continue to rely on humans for their initial data sets, but as they evolve and become better at gathering and growing their own data, they will become less dependent on humans for ongoing knowledge transfers. But this doesn’t mean they will no longer need humans.

o We need to upskill ourselves and learn how to work alongside the machines.
