ILI Technologies(2002) Corp.
ILI : TSX-V
CORPORATE PROFILE JULY 2007
ILI Technologies is a rapidly emerging small-cap company specializing in the provision of innovativeproducts to the oil and gas sector. The company has recently undergone a significant growth curve withannual revenues increasing multi-fold. The majority of this growth has come from new distributionagreements following the 2006 purchase of a coalbed methane (CBM) pump supplier.
ILI’s strategy is to utilize existing and new distribution channels to increase sales for pumps and pipingproducts and to manufacture and integrate automated data collection systems to assist customers inincreasing profitability and economic productivity.
PRODUCTS
ILI Technologies has acquired the rights to distribute Thermoflex pipe which hasbeen the main catalyst for the company’s dramatic sales growth. This flexiblepiping system can be applied in areas where only steel piping could be used in thepast. Thermoflex pipe uses a multi-layer design with mixed plastics to achieve farsuperior performance compared to traditional flexible pipe.
With a wide variety of applications, ILI’s electric submersible pumps (ESP) canprovide a cost effective lift solution. In wells with declining reservoir pressure oreven in sand producing wells, an ESP pump can provide an economical lift methodversus traditional production methods. CBM Pumps & Services supplies andservices a wide variety of ESP solutions.
ILI also offers other products including TOUCHtrax™ (RFID), SANDtrax, andPRESSUREtrax™. TOUCHtrax is a cost effective inventory identification product.ILI has developed a unique method of embedding RFID (radio frequencyidentification) tags into metal for extremely harsh environments.

“hearing the needs of tomorrow ...today”
JUNE 2007
CORPORATE PROFILE
Audiotech Healthcare Corporation owns and operates a network of 15 hearing healthcare clinics locatedin Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest United States. Since becoming publicly traded in 1997, theCompany has grown through acquisitions and the successful start-up of full-fledged and satellite clinics.
As North America's "baby-boomer" generation grows older, the demand for hearing care services isexpected to increase considerably. Audiotech’s goal is to establish a geographically diverse base ofhearing clinics throughout North America upon completing the consolidation of profitable clinics in thePacific Northwest.
OPERATIONS
Working closely with the medical community, Audiotech's clinics
provide a variety of hearing healthcare services including hearing
assessments and rehabilitation, balance disorder treatment, education,
and counseling. Each clinic also sells sophisticated hearing aids to suit
all types of hearing loss and lifestyles. Assessments regarding the level
of amplification that would be best suited to the patient are completed
following a comprehensive hearing evaluation by a qualified audiologist.
The most effective hearing aid instrument is then selected and fitted to
the patient. Once fitted, the patient is required to return to the clinic
periodically to maintain the instrument and for follow-up care. Every
two to three years, hearing re-evaluations are recommended to detect
further hearing impairment. On average, deterioration of hearing, the
introduction of new technology, or simple wear-and-tear, result in the
replacement of hearing aids every four to five years.
Audiotech has recently invested a significant amount of resources to offer both hearing and balance services in
the Pacific Northwest. Management believes that the need for effective assessment and treatment of balance
disorders is gaining great awareness in U.S. and that this trend will soon follow in Canada. Doctor referrals to
Audiotech’s U.S. clinics for hearing tests are already increasing due to the full service of hearing and balance care.
Each clinic also provides secondaryservices including hearing aid repair andthe sale of replacement batteries andother accessories such as telephoneamplifiers. These services help maintainclose contact with each patient therebyencouraging repeat business and customerreferrals. Approximately 20% of theCompany's revenues are derived from thesale of these secondary products andservices.

SUMMARY
Over the past few years, management has worked aggressively to structure the
Company for further growth by reducing overhead costs, refinancing debt
obligations under favorable terms, opening clinics in new markets, increasing
service capacity at existing clinics, and re-negotiating bulk purchase and
marketing agreements with major hearing aid manufacturers.
Audiotech is focusing on internal growth through new clinic openings,
existing clinic expansions and the opening of satellite clinics. Management
is optimistic that Audiotech will be able to announce more initiatives shortly to
stimulate additional sales, cash flow, and earnings growth.
