The wine booths were operated by local merchants and wineries from
23 countries and regions, including Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada,
Chile, China, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Israel, Japan,
Macedonia, New Zealand, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, South Africa, Spain,
Taiwan, and the USA.
High Satisfaction An overall visitor satisfaction rate of 8 on a 10-point scale.
89% of the exhibitors expressed their intention to
participate again.
88% of the visitors indicated that they would be
attending again in future years.
95% of the visitors stated that they would recommend
the event to friends or relatives.
Publicity ValueThe value of local and overseas publicity generated by the 2015 event
reached HK$276 million. It was covered by 48 local media organisations and
62 foreign media organisations.

RULES & REGULATIONS :For wine merchants :
• Visitors must be at least 18 years of age to consume wine
• A system of payment by tokens will be employed on the basis of bottle price and variety
• Wine exhibitors will be prohibited from accepting cash for tasting by glass
• Reimbursement of tokens to exhibitors will be available after the event
For food merchants :
• Visitors may purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages with cash or by other payment methods accepted by the vendors
• All operational requirements and conditions must comply with the terms of the Temporary Food Factory License from FEHD
• No raw food will be allowed
• Only the electric heating of pre-cooked food will be permitted

Application Process
Product AssessmentProduct list and company profile should be submitted online to the HKTB for assessment in order to enhance
product quality and combinations. Applications will be assessed based on quality, price, uniqueness and appeal.
The selection panel will consist of professionals from related trades and representatives of the HKTB. The
applicants will be notified in August with regard to whether or not their applications have been successful.
Booth Selection PrioritiesThe priorities for booth selection will be based on: 1) exhibiting zone; 2) rental cost of booth(s);
3) date and time on which the HKTB received the Application Form.
