Optional Insurance Optional premiums will appear on the first term’s bill – please delete where cover is not required for:

Fees Refund 1% of tuition fees for all pupils. Claims may be made for a period of continuous absence due to ill health of at least 5 days (excluding weekends). Claims should be made within 3 days of the end of term.

External Examinations All external examination fees are payable by parents or guardians, except for certain Assisted Place Schemes.

Lunch and refreshments Charges are billed in arrears. School lunch is mandatory for pupils from Year 1 through to Year 11. Pupils in the Reception class and in the Sixth Form may choose to have school lunches or to bring packed lunches; the school lunch option is a commitment for a whole term.

Lunches Year 7-13 £230 per term Reception - Year 6 £220 per term

Mid-morning break refreshments Year 7-13 Pupils may bring their own refreshments or a range of affordable drinks and

snacks are available daily from the Beech Café. Year 3-6 Children in these year groups bring their own break-time refreshments. Nursery and Reception: Optional milk (£20 per term) and/or snack (£15 per term).

The Extended Day: Early Birds, Late Room and Tea Club Inclusive Early Birds and Late Room services run for pupils before and after school; Tea Club is also available as an optional after-school extension for early years and junior pupils as follows: 3.30pm to 4.15pm with Late Room - free of charge 4.15pm until 6pm £3 per 15 minutes 6pm onwards £4 per 15 minutes

Enhanced Learning

Individual 50 minute lessons are £45 each

Sibling Discounts Reductions are applied for siblings concurrently in the school (except where fees are paid by an authority or bursary). Percentages are as follows and are applied individually, not overall, on the net fee:
