Quickfi t Connectors

It is the fastest assembly system on the market. The Quickfi t™ dowel may be inserted by hand, using only fi nger pressure. This eliminates the labour intensive process of screw-in assembly and the potential panel damage.

The Quickfi t™ range of dowels has been extended to provide a complete family of fi ttings available in diameters of 5mm, 8mm and 10mm and lenghts of 24mm and 34mm. These dowels are compatible with the range of TitusØ15mm cams.

Drilling tolerances

Quickfi t-TL™ dowel offers furniture manufacturers a fast assembly systemproviding high drilling tolerances. It has a built-in self-adjustment feature, which enables common drillinginaccuracies to be overcome.

Marginal inconsistencies of drilling and the problems associated with thenatural movement of wood panels, nolonger present problems.

For the self-assembly furniture consumer, Titus Quickfi t-TL™ is the most consumer friendly fi tting on the market. Apart from the benefi t of fully tightened joints and easy locking into the same position, Quickfi t-TL™ provides an exceptionally smooth action when tightened, requiring very little effort.

How to Mount Glissando?

Screw-on into the cabinet corner

Glissando CR

Simple toolless assembly: Insert Glissando into the holes on the hinge and press down with hand.

The tool-less ‘snap on’ version for reduced assembly time and fl exibility of application. Glissando TL can be mounted at any time after furniture assembly so can be offered as a retro fi t option by the installer.

Glissando CR is mounted into the cabinet corner by using chipboard screws 20mm long.

Glissando dampers’ discreet design enhances the look of the door and occupies minimal space in the cabinet interior.
