We are pleased to invite you to the 13th Annual TKO STATE FINALS! This year, TKO is hosting it’s 13 annual State Championship in Houston, TX. Located in Houston, TX, this event promises to bring top competition from throughout the great state. We hope you can come and enjoy a weekend of fun and exciting martial arts competition. Beginning Saturday morning all Junior Musical, Creative Forms Divisions will start at 10:30 a.m. sharp! Adults divisions will begin at 12 noon. Sparring will follow all forms. Numerous local, re-gional, and national media will publicize and cover the “TKO State Finals.” We welcome all martial arts enthusiasts to experience what it takes to be the next “CHAMPION! Once more, Competitors will have the opportunity to compete for the 2011 TKO State Title and win the Texas State Champion “TITLE BELTS”. And New for 2011! HOW THE RATINGS WORKS TKO rates both black belts and under belts. TKO members or non-members may compete and earn points at any TKO rated tour-naments that is sanctioned by TKO.

Members who place in the top 3 places or in some events the top eight places at a TKO rated event accumulate points. Points will be published at www.WayneNguyen.com.

If a player joins TKO late in the season, he/she may be credited with TKO points he/she has earned from the beginning of the season. It is the responsibility of the competitor to tally his/her points and send to TKO head-quarters before Nov 7th. TKO is not responsible for lost or delayed mail.
