BY virtue of "'l'he Navigation Act, 1904," I, the saw Governor, acting with the advice of the Executive Coun-cil, do hereby proclaim anel declare that the following new Rules shall be added to the Second Schedule of the saW Act, ancl shall be of the same force as if enactecl in the said Act, that is to say:

1. Ships engaged in or in cOllnection with the work of searching for or obtaining pearls or pearl-shell (here-inafter calletl "Pending Ships' ') shall constitute a sep-1ll'ate Diyision of British ships (to be called Division F), HUrJ shall be classified as follows:--. ell1ss 1. Pearling Ships employed as Store Ships or

Tenders.

THE Cne Road Board, as the Board oE Management of the Cue, Day Dawn, and Cuddingwnrra Commons, do hereby, under the provisions of Seelion 4:3 of "'rhe Land Act, 1898," make and pnblish the following By-la,Ys for the regulation and good managenH'nt of the Cue, Day Dawn, and Cuddingwarra Commons:-

1. All stock running on the Common, otherwise than in accordance with the following By-laws, shall be treated as trespassing stock.

2. That with the exception of stock ownec1 by bona fide travellers, travelling teamsters, or as packers, as hereinafter provided for, no stock of any (1escription shall he allowed to run or depasture on the Common free of charge, except as hereinafter pro"iclecl, and that the following charges shall he pnynblo in advance in respect of all stock so, running or de-pasturing thereon. NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having any claims and demands against the estate of Alfred German, late of J al'l'ahdale, in the State of Western Australia, Hotel-keeper,deceased, intestate, are required, on or be-fore the 30th day of October, 1911, to send particulars of such claims in ,niting to the West Anstralian Trns-tee, Executor, and Agency Company, Limited, whose registered office is at Bill'rack Street, Perth, the adminis-trator of the estate of the said deceased; after which date the said company will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which it shall then have had notice, and will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof so distributed. to any person of whose claim it shall not ha\-e had notice at the time of such distribution.
