TMD conducts a Cover
Photo Contest for each
issue.
Photos may be submitted
from the beginning of the
contest until the end of the
contest.
You are welcome to enter
photos that did not win in
past contests.

You should be the owner of the copyright to the photo, or have the copy right
owner submit the photograph.
We give credit to the photographer, not the owner of the dog.
Please protect the integrity of TMD by following this rule without fail.
If complaints are received that TMD is using a photo belonging to someone else
that is not the person who submitted it, TMD will do their best to verify the claim.
If the claim found to be valid, the person who submitted the photograph may be
(depending on the circumstances) banned from entering in the future.
By entering you are agreeing that Tibetan Mastiff Digest can use your photo in any
issue of Tibetan Mastiff Digest. You will be given credit, unless you advise Tibetan
Mastiff Digest (with your submission of your photograph) that you wish to remain
anonymous.
You also agree that Tibetan
Mastiff Digest may crop, adjust
depth of field, touch up
blemished and other repairs
that make the photo more
appealing for printing, without
destroying the intended
content of the photo (we won’t
alter the appearance of the
dog!)
Only photos (in good taste) of
Aboriginal and Descendant
Tibetan Mastiff are eligible for
entry.
Voting takes place on TMD’s
Face Book page.
People vote for a photograph
by “liking” it.

Votes will be tallied within a few hours of the announced end of the contest and
posted under the photo. Votes (“likes”) received after the end of the contest will
not be counted.
The photo with the most votes (“likes”) is determined to be the winner.
The winner receives a free advertisement or other full page announcement,
tribute or congratulation, etc.
TMD will make every effort to use all the entries somewhere in the issue that the
entry was submitted for, however depending on the number of entries, we may
have to use it in a future issue.
Photo submissions are only accepted via
email to [email protected] as it is
the most efficient way to track who
submitted the photos.
Please include the dog’s call name and
your name/photographer name so you
may be credited.
We love the photos! Keep them coming!
We appreciate your support of the
Tibetan Mastiff through your contest
entries of photos of Aboriginal and
Descendent Tibetan Mastiffs.
