    adopt )!abitation* as the basic unit of

    through an elaborate surve and the identified

    re(uirements of all these habitations are

    fulfilled through T!%4 Scheme. )T!%4* scheme

    ensures provision of the facilities available in

    urban and semi-urban area to all the rural

    habitations of Tamil Nadu.
