The Noble Experiment refers to the Prohibition Era in which the government thought it noble to outlaw the

manufacture, sale and transportation of alcohol. Thankfully for us, it was an experiment that failed.

HOW IT’S MADEOur rum is crafted from all natural, non-GMO, top grade scrumptious molasses using a made-to-order copper pot still. We believe that our long fermentation philosophy coupled with small-batch distillation tech-nique results in a delicious spirit with less impurities than traditional, large rum producers.

Bridget Firtle is a native New Yorker descended from a long line of Brooklyn-based small business owners. Raised in a home in Rockaway Beach, Queens with a once-bustling speakeasy for a basement, she became enamored with the allure of the spirits culture at an early age. (Fast forward a decade or two.) Bridget then graduated with an M.B.A. in Finance and worked as a financial analyst for several years at a hedge fund where she studied the liquor industry. There, she gained an even greater appreciation for small batch spirits and decided to study the craft of distilling. In 2011, Bridget founded The Noble Experiment NYC, coupling her passion for distilling with her dream of owning her own business. Here, she continually strives to develop an innovative environment where the crafting of spirits is treated as both a science and an art.
