The purpose of this meeting is to award dates for the upcoming 2020 District 36 competition

season and to elect District 36 Board of Directors for 2020. This meeting is mandatory for all

Active Members (Club Officers, Promoters and Referees) and Competition Committeemen (ref:

Operations Manual section 1.2.1). It is also mandatory for all District 36 Chartered Clubs and /or

Promoters wanting sanction dates for the upcoming year (ref: Operations Manual section 1.3).

To be awarded a date(s) for your 2020 meet(s) you must be Charted for 2020. The Charter fee is

$50.00 if done on or before the Sanction Meeting and $100.00 if done after the meeting.

It is also strongly recommended that you review page 6-7, section 1.5 “Sanctioning” in the

current District 36 Operations manual.

Attached is the 2020 District 36 Charter Application. To save time at the meeting, please print

and complete this form prior to the Sanction Meeting with your current Club Officers and mail

no later than September 1, 2019 to:

Include with your application the $50.00 Charter fee. If you are a new club or promoter please

include an additional deposit fee of $150.00. This deposit fee is not required if your club has a

deposit already on file as this deposit is “rolled over” from the previous year. Please make

checks payable to District 36.

Please Note: If your club holds elections after September 7, 2019 please complete the

application with your current officer’s information. After your elections, you must send in

another application with your 2020 club officer’s information updated.

Race Season: The race season for District 36 runs from December 1 through November 30 each year. In Cross

Country racing the season is split into the Spring and Fall for the B & C Riders (two separate

series). There may be a 2019 race run in December as a makeup date but this is rare.

questions. There you will find a Member Resources page as well as a Clubs and Promoters

Resource page. There is also a “Contact Us” page where you will find contact information for

District 36 Officials in all capacities.

Track as well as links to the District 36 Operations Manual (Rule Book), race results, the

chartered with the American Motorcyclist Association and your meet sanctioned with them.
