Please refer to this office letters No.F2/(4)/2015/S.IV/CC/434·437 dated 07.03.2016. andNo.F.2/(4)/2015/S.IV/CC/582 dated 3'103.2016 and 01.09.20'16, in connection with letterNo F.2/(4)/2015/S.IV/CC/463 datecl 09042015 regarding recording and submission of APARs(Annual Performance Appraisal Report) ror period 2014-15 and 2015-16 including other previousperiods of DANICS officers.

As already communicated vide aforesaid letters dated 07.03.2016, 31.03.2016 and01_09.2016, the entire exercise of completion of APAR WClSto be carried out by the concernedadministrative department where DANICS Officer reported upon was posted, as per prescribed timeschedule according to guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, from time to time'However, a number of ACRs I APARs for the reporting year 2014-15 and 2015-16 including otherprevious periods as well as in respect of DANICS officer are still awaited.

It is, therefore, once again requested that pending APAr~s I ACRs for the reporting ·year2015-16. and other periods as mentioned in the enclosed list in respect of DAN!CS officers mayplease be got completed and submitted to Services Department at the earliest. It is furtherrequested that concerned DANICS officer posted in the department may also be informed aboutpending I missing ACRs I APARs and advised to submit resume I self apprai.:'al with ACR I APARform to the respective Reporting Officer, under intimation to Services Department to take up thematter further with concerned Reporting I Reviewing Authority. Further, if the ACRs I APARs forany period(s) mentioned in the enclo~cd list of concerned ·!)ANICS officer have not beemrecorded for any reason, a Non ReRQ!~j.llilCertificate to tlmt effect may also be ensured to besubmitted to Services Department.
