Hi All!

Please read the below instructions and follow the fixture for the above Hoop Time day. • Pool Games are fixtured as 1 x 13 minute games. Finals & Consolation Games will

become 2 x 8 minute games. • Kyle and Geraldine will be the coordinators on the day. • Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, Aughtie Drive, Albert Park • The day begins at 9.45am so please be at the stadium by 9.35am to ensure the day runs

smoothly. • Game balls will be provided by Basketball Victoria. • First aid equipment is the responsibility of each school. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day runs as

scheduled. • Please also ensure you read the entire fixture & ensure you play in any possible Finals

or Consolation Games you are involved in. Each school will receive a showbag at the end of the day. Please ensure you stay for the presentations to collect it on behalf of your players. If you need to leave early, please see a coordinator BEFORE you depart.

• Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their areas and place all rubbish in the bins provided.
