Our students have big dreams, and your gifts help bring them to life. Your belief in the mission and value found in this region’s
community college provides the ultimate gift—opportunity.
Your investment helps ensure that FLCC students benefit from quality opportunities offered both in and out of the classroom. You help change our students’ lives, and they will impact the world.
Our Commitment to Your Privacy The information you share with Finger Lakes Community College when you make a gift is confidential. If you decide at
any time that you do not want your name included in the Honor Roll, please e-mail [email protected] or call (585)785-1205. If you leave a message, please be sure to tell us your full name and class year if you are an alumnus.
The Finger Lakes Community College Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation established to seek financial support for the College from the private sector. Given the ever-increasing constraints and reduced levels of public funds, private giving is increasingly important to public higher education. Private contributions are vital to maintaining a standard of excellence at Finger Lakes Community College.
The Foundation assists the College with equipment purchases, special projects, faculty and special purpose campus events. The Foundation also receives and manages scholarships that help deserving FLCC students with tuition, books and supplies, room and boards and transportation. Scholarships help recruit students to programs that support the workforce needs of the region. Emergency program offer options to students in urgent situations to access grants to defer costs so choices about staying in college or paying an emergency bill do not have to be made.
The Foundation is home to the CCFL/FLCC Alumni Association. The Alumni Association develops relationships with alumni and students of the College to support efforts that benefit alumni and advance the mission of the College.
In addition, the Foundation owns and maintains three properties for the College’s use. The 40-acre Muller Field Station on Honeoye Lake offers a unique learning environment where students participate in telemetry research, walleye culture and river otter studies. Muller, adjacent to 1,000 acres of state land, houses a retreat center and working fish hatchery. The East Hill Campus in Naples continues to develop its focus and wildland fire suppression training and conservation class offerings. On the main campus in Canandaigua, the FLCC Honors House program offerings encompass annually hosting classes, meetings, events, and exhibits designed to encourage critical thinking, creative expression and mindful action.
LEGAL AND TAX INFORMATION: The official corporate name of the FLCC Foundation is Finger Lakes Community College Foundation, Inc. This name is used in legal documents. Gifts to the Finger Lakes Community College Foundation qualify as charitable contributions to a 501(c)(3) organization for federal income, estate, and gift tax purposes.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the donor lists. Unfortunately, errors and omissions may occur. Should your name be misspelled, listed incorrectly, or accidentally omitted, please accept our apology and notify us at 585.785.1205 or [email protected] so we may correct our records. Donors of gifts received after January 1, 2018, will be recognized in the 2018 Honor Roll.

Winemakers & Wineries
Finger Lakes Community College Foundation presented Vintners & Valentines, a fundraiser for the Viticulture and Wine Technology program at Finger Lakes Community College on
February 10, 2017 in the Café at Finger Lakes Community College. Intended as a winemaker’s dinner showcasing Finger Lakes Wineries, each table was hosted by a local winery (winemaker or assistant winemaker) or a student from the Viticulture program. The winemaker paired their wines with a gourmet meal designed and prepared by FLCC culinary students. This second annual Vintners & Valentines raised nearly $30,000.
