To Pet Owners: A request from neighbors
We have had several homeowners request that we add a note to pet owners in the newsletter. Please monitor your pets more carefully to ensure pets remain on your property. We’ve received numerous complaints regarding dogs barking at night, and not being on a leash, as well as dogs (and cats) pooping in neighbors yards. Please do your part to be a good neighbor. Street Parking A friendly seasonal reminderIt is unlawful to park vehicles, trailers, or other property constituting obstructions to traffic on the streets of Eagle Mountain City between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each day from November 1st to March 15th of the succeeding year whenever two or more inches of snow accu-mulate on streets in the city. [Ord. O-12-2005 § 1].

I have awesome neighbors and I love being able to share their feelings and concerns, with the management and Board of Trustees. My wife, Ariana & I love living in the Ranches at Eagle Mountain. I want to do everything I can to make the community and city a better place to live. I have enjoyed working with the HOA board and management company, and usually attend all the monthly Board meetings. I have made good friends and know that they really want to do the best thing for our community. The HOA has my support, and I’m happy to be part of it!“

DRC Meetings Winter Month Schedule
DRC Meetings will be held only once a month during the winter months: November 13th, December 11th, January 8th, and February 12th at 8:30am. These meetings will be held only if there are agenda items. Please let the HOA office know if you will be attending a meeting, or need to be placed on the agenda.
