A FLOW DRY “CUSTOMER SUCCESS STORY...”Flow Dry was asked to quickly provide prototype parts for a test design concept intended to fix a quality issue that a customer was experiencing. The customer’s product is perceived in the market as being the highest quality and the quality issue they were experiencing was unacceptable. Flow Dry responded with prototypes produced to the engineer’s specification within 24-hours! The design was found to be a good solution for the issue and, based on the prototype performance, Flow Dry received project approval to proceed with the design change and production tooling.
