Take a current photo of yourself or import one to iPhoto. This photo will show while your

voice over plays

Open iMovie and create a new project. Do not select a theme.

Click on the camera and import your photo by dragging it into the clips area.

Click on the small icon in the corner of the photo to change the duration of the image. Use Clip adjustments.

Change the clip duration to 3:00 (three minutes) so that your photo will stay on screen during your entire voice over.
