    ticketing system for Express Bus Operator. It is simple to use, flexible and

    robust system to sell tickets, memberships, manage and total automate the

    entire booking process that cater to multitude ticket selling such as ticket

    outlets, online e-commerce, kiosk vending machine and authorized ticket

    agents both computerized and manual

    E-Ticketing.my is a leading-edge source solution that provide one stop

    ticketing solution and reservation for transportation industries, events,

    hospitality and tourism throughout online system which accessible by

    consumer over the internet. Our online bus ticketing systems are support

    more than 30 bus companys. Its also part of Malaysian government initiative

    to upgrade and improve the current express bus operating services.

    E-Ticketing system will cover all online ticketing progress, starting from

    booking purchasing, payment and ticket collection. Consumer shall benefit

    from better serviced provided by us throughout online system.

    2. BROADBAND SERVICE PROVIDER

    As a broadband service provider, we will partner with 3G broadband

    Telcos provider to ensure the coverage is acceptable.

    3.1. Service Mission Statement

    To provide State of Art High Quality and Highly Reliable one stop

    customer focused service support for EPSB netbook, mobile phone& data card customers across Malaysia.

    We coorperate closely with ZTE product and services towards thisservices support commitment.

    3.2. Service Objective

    WE WILL PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY SERVICE WITH FIRM

    COMMITMENT

    Customer satisfaction will be the only motive of EPSB service network.

    Customer will benefit from a wide range of service like demonstration on newproducts, complete product information, software upgrades and buying ofaccessories from EPSB service centers across Malaysia.

    4. AFTER SALES SERVICES OPERATIONS

    4.1. Warranty and Non-warranty

    4.1.1.Warranty period of product

    EPSB warrants the Products for 12 (twelve) months from the

    date of the original purchase by the End User, but in no event

    more than 15(fifteen) months from the date of production;

    EPSB warrants the Batteries and Chargers for 12 (twelve)

    months from the date of the original purchase by the End

    User, but in no event more than 15 (fifteen) months from the

    date of production.

    4.1.2. Out of Warranty Condition

    The Supplier shall not be deemed to be in breach of the

    warranties if the reason for the breach is solely caused by:

    Customer damage to any Product of any nature (physical

    damage, liquid ingress etc., other than fair wear and tear

    resulting from normal use), or faults caused by natural

    disasters, fire, falls (in excess of drop survivability

    requirements), atmospheric discharges or abnormal voltages

    which exceed the Specifications;

    Damage to any Products as a result of being connected to a

    non-compatible third-party accessory or peripheral device;

    Products that have been subject to misuse or neglect by

    Purchaser or its Customers; and

    Products that have been altered or repaired unless such

    change was made by Suppliers instructions or approval.

    EPSB warrants the Products for 7 days Return Back from the

    date of the original purchase by the End User.

    4.2. SERVICE GUIDELINES

    DEFINITIONS OF DIFFERENT SERVICE LEVELS

    LEVEL 1: The first basic repair level. Carry out first level functional

    test. Replacement of defective cosmetic spares (front & back cabinets,

    keypads, antennae, front & back shielding, connector points etc.,).

    Perform complete verification check and full operational tests of the

    Unit.

    LEVEL 2: This level is a continuation of level 1. After completing full

    functional test, verification check and full operational tests the

    technician carries out a full diagnosis on the faulty unit and the faulty

    component or defective part is identified. In this level of repair the

    faulty component / part is attached around the main PCB area and not

    rests on main PCB s ( Mic., Earpiece, LCD and LCD connectors,

    Vibrator and vibrator assay, Buzzer ,flex cables etc.,).

    LEVEL 3: This is a further continuation of level 2 repairs and in this the

    defective component / parts are directly rests on PCB ( SIM

    connectors , SMT components , minor components etc.,). The repaired

    PCB will again go through a full quality check which consists of full

    functional test, Complete verification and operational tests. Software

    upgrading will be carried out if necessary and subject to availability of

    software.
