S. No. 7/1895 of Byculla division off Keshavrao Khadye Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Ref: EC received vide letter No. SEAC‐2015/CR‐229/TC‐1 dt. 31.12.2015 Dear Sir, We have obtained prior Environmental Clearance vide letter No. SEAC‐2015/CR‐229/TC‐ 1 dt. 31.12.2015, for our Residential project on Sub‐plot ‘D’, bearing C. S. No. 7/1895 of Byculla Division, off Keshavrao Khadye Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The EC was obtained for plot area of 14,301.11 m 2 , FSI Area (including Fungible) of 24,683.38 m 2 and Total Construction area of 57,500 m 2 . The construction work is yet to start on site. Now, we would like to amend the Environmental Clearance due to change in planning. Due to this amendment, total construction area is increased by 6800 m 2 . Therefore total construction area shall be 64,300 m 2 from earlier granted EC is 57,500 m 2 .
