Call to Unpaid Members: Your Club needs you to maintain itsquality. You have a lot to offer to your fellow members as well as a lot to gain from your continued membership. I encourage you to continue investing in your personal growth and development by renewing your membership today.
We value you as a member and are here to support you in your Toastmasters learning experience. We have many opportunities for you to take advantage of outside of your Club to continue learning and expand your network.

Making the MOST out of District Marketing Team Resources
After the Fall renewal period, numerous Clubs saw their membership decline. Club and membership retention take teamwork. The District Marketing Team is available to partner with you to strengthen your Club as follows:
1. If your Club now has 12 or fewer members, please reach out to your Club Retention Chair• Bart Loeser manages the coaches from the Austin Area to Wimberley.
• Bill Friedrich manages the coaches from San Marcos to Brownsville, west to Del Rio and east to Victoria.
2. If you feel your Club is struggling, regardless of your current membership total, please contact:The Internal Speakers’ Bureau (ISB)• Harlan Blumenthal manages this team composed of Subject Matter Experts on a wide variety of topics
(i.e. How to make meetings more fun; conduct a great open house or SpeechCraft, hold better ClubExecutive Council meetings, etc.)
3. If you want assistance building a marketing strategy for your Club, let me know. I can meet via Zoom with you, your
Area Director and/or coaches to review your Club’s strengths and weaknesses and discuss customized membership
building ideas. This analysis will help you build a strong Club Success Plan. Contact me at [email protected].
