Military Housing ResidentsAs soon as you have PCS Orders and a port call date, stop at the

Housing Office to Schedule a Pre-Inspection 30-60 days prior to your departure. Schedule a Final-Inspection when you have a firm port call date.

Types of MFH Final Inspections: Sweep and Go (can stay in the house until port call date or one

night in TLF) Regular Final (members are entitled to up to 3 nights in TLF). Mil

–to-mil families are not entitled to 3 nights each member.

Off-base Residents You must notify your landlord, in writing, at least 15 days prior to

the last day of your contract month (we will provide the documentation).

Off-base residents are entitled to up to 10 nights of TLA. Mil-to-mil families are not entitled 10 days each member.

All Residents All rent and utility bills must be paid in full at the time of the Final

Inspection. Housing is required to report members who do not clear off-base

housing, to USFORAZ and Air Base # 4 (admin hold). If you need a furniture loaner kit for after your household goods get

picked up, stop by FMO as soon as possible, to set up a delivery. (MFH residents only)

You can fill out an Advance Application for housing (DD Form 1746) for your next base.
