Todd Daniels is a speciality trade contractor engaged in the activities of painting, coatings and restoration’s. The company is owned Mr. Wandile Masilela, holds a 100 % equity interest in the organization.

He has a sound technical background with a formal training in the field of Architectural tech-nology from Tshwane University of technology, and having done most of his off & on the job train-ing from one of the leading architectectural firms in the country and has contributed in national projects like the world cup stadia in Port Elizabeth.

He has a rich background in the construction industry, which emanates from the skill he acquired both on-site and off-site.

As a young dynamic company, Todd Daniels is approximately positioned to serve the private and public sectors both locally and international.

Todd Daniels bears the 1st name and middle name of our father (Todd Daniel Masilela). Todd Daniels formally started trading in 2012 with the sole painting and coating contractor. Todd Dan-iels is actively pursuing strategies to grow market share through provision of an excellent service and development of market relevant product offerings. Our core business is the application of paints and coatings to brand-new buildings and of existing buildings and general building construction.

We, Todd Daniels (Pty) Ltd state that it is our mis-sion to provide our clients with reliable and quality service through qualified skilled personnel. Our primary goal is to target residential ,institutional ,industrial and commercial property. Market Overview Our PhilosophyThe building industry is very competitive. The bar-riers to entry and exit in this market are very low, which creates a large number of competitors. Clients have a significant amount of power since they have a large number of companies to choose from. Moreover, services are undifferenti-ated, which means that customer loyalty is usual-ly low. Constructors generally compete on quality and ability to stay on budget whilst maintaining the right timeframes.

CertificationTodd Daniels is in the process of applying for a CIDB rating of 4 GB. We are slowly working our way up the ratings as we continue to gain experience and more projects. Building Restoration

Program Management

Todd Daniels understands the complexities that ac-company the renovation or remodelling of major infrastructure. Our team of professionals has the necessary skills to guide and assist clients on any major restoration requiring services of a general contractor. This also extends to any maintenance works that may be required.

Todd Daniels provides services in the areas of Program Management, Design Review, Building Permit Facilitation, Pre-Construction as well as Subcontractor Interfacing. Our consultants are available throughout the project’s course to meet with your project partners and subcontractors. We can also provide owners and developers with personnel to assist with scheduling, procurement, purchasing, and other various tasks needed. Our pre-construction department has the resources to assist in the development of branded concepts and while our program management team can assist in developing programs with community outreach, diversity participation, and manage-ment of owner programs.

Painting andTextured CoatingsTodd Daniels are experienced specialist textured surface applicators with particular focus on walls and various surfaces. This speciality involves:
