The focus of this seminar is to help develop a coaching culture and help organizations infuse coaching into their long-term strategic plan. Often leaders put organizational & others’ needs first andsacrifice their own wellbeing in the process. To maintain effectiveness and avoid burnout, managing yourenergy is a priority.

Leadership is fundamentally about being able to set a vision and persist over the long run as you leadyourself and others to take on challenges and work toward the finish line. Taking care of ourselves affectsour energy levels and stamina as we work towards goals. During this course, our speakers use a varietyof education and personal testimony to walk participants through the effects of carrying to much “weight”.
