You give me hope, And help me cope. When life pulls me down, You bring me around. You teach me to care, And helped me share, You push me to be honest, And serve my very best. You are the friend, That fills happiness in me When I hear about the word friendship, I think about you, You are my world and best friend too.
The nature

The sun has extensively been set,
The stars are out by threes and fours,
The wild nature is slumbering yet
Among the shrubbery and trees.
There’s a cuckoo, and one or two nightingales,
And a far away breeze,
And a sound of a stream that gushes,
And my lovely Labrador’s sovereign cry-
Fills all the void of the sky!
Apology

How do I tell you I'm sorry, With a gesture, a look or a touch, How is it I never realized I hurt you so very much. I do not ask forgiveness, A comfort I'll never deserve. I merely want to let you know, But I cannot find the nerve. To finally confront you, face-to-face, To look you in the eye, To face your wrath, your apathy, I’m just too terrified to try. You called me selfish, I turned away, I was festered and I fled; Cutting and wounding and lashing out, Just to see if you bled. Betraying and deceiving you, I surely had no right To snatch away such a precious gem, A dark thief in the night. Four years and forever passed To bring us to this day, When I present these simple words I never thought to say. The time has come, it's long past due, To put aside my fear; Would this confession torture you, Or have you longed to hear?
To hear those two forbidden words, To vanquish all the pain, To understand my dearest wish: To know you once again. The years aged me remarkably, Though they have not made me wise; I do know I erred irrevocably - For that I apologize. Example is better than percept.

There are two ways of impressing a thing on others. It may be done either by words or by
deeds. When we want to impress on a child the noble ideal of courage and bravery, we may
either provide an advice or give him the most happening example of that sort. By percept,
we can only show a man the reason why something should be done but the influence on
him is not verified. Very often the impression created by our advice lasts only as long as our
words ring in his or her ears. In other words a percept just creates a temporary impression.
Students in schools are taught to learn and apply the morals of life but a very few, who
have actually seen an example of what moral means, obtain a stimulus to be noble and
great in life.
And again, virtue is rewarded by satisfaction. Every boy should be taught the truth that
virtue is its own reward. If we succeed in doing this, a better state of things will come to
prevail on this earth and our life here will be always happier. We should learn to prize self-
contentment above rank and riches, above praise and fame.

What is nature??
Nature is colourful, nature is wonderful
Nature is Single, which makes everyone mingle
The stream flows in the hill slope
And makes the earth enchanting like a drop
And then there is the clay, where the toddlers love to play
The sky, where all the tireless birds fly
The flowers gloom, in a bloom
Meadows are the windows of Nature
Where everyone loves to venture
But now due to destruction, there goes the nature in degradation
Nature gives us shelter; we in turn should make it better
Nature is healthy; Nature is wealthy
Nature is bright and quite
Nature is priceless and peaceful
Nature is future, Nature for ever … Life for ever
Nature is this!!!
My Childhood Days

When I was 1 or 2, I wished to be like mom and dad too, To go to work during the day. So that I could stay with them all day. When I was the age of four, I wanted to be very tall, So that I could play basket ball, With O’ Neal in the hall. When I was about five, I wished to live a better life, To be as pretty as snow white, And play from morning till the night. When I was at the age of six. Poor me! I often felt tired and sick. It’s painful to take injection, But joyful to have no dictation. And then seven, Wanted to be a super girl, To appear with a swirl, And whack the robbers with a whirl, At present I am 12 years old, To behave well is what I am told, I hope to have a great buddy, Who’ll stop me from being grumpy. I want to be a good human being, And make my parents and family very happy.

Friendship is the relation or bond between two hearts which is very subtle. It
hardly takes time to break but years and tears to make. Its prolonged existence
depends on the mutual understanding of two persons. Sometimes there may be
problem but they need to solve it, or else there will be only regret. So
‘FRIENDSHIP’ means-
F-Funny
R-Rational
I-Impartial
E- Emotional
N- Never ending
D- Dependable
S- Special
H-Heart-felt
I-Interesting
P-Priceless

Green in colour,
I spread strength and valour.
But oh! I have lost my strength,
My beauty and my vigour.
Man has cut me down
And so the Earth has lost its crown
Man too can’t sit under my shade
Nor can sleep on my leafy bed.
It is indeed very painful
To see the men so remorseful.
But now he realizes
How important I am..
He moves around and tells everyone;
Plant trees as much as you can.
So I also say ‘Thank you Men’.

I wonder how flowers
have learned the trick
of practicing arithmetic!
Some lovely lilies
don’t count far,
One, two, and three their petals are.
Yellow poppies
Count one more,
China roses count to one plus four.
How do sunflowers
And more such flowers,
Ever learn to count so much?
I’m not gonna pause.

I see the rising Sun & give it due esteem to start the day
A new & harder aim stands ahead, in every new today.
I face challenges & never give up in situations,
There’s a hope in my cry, in those flowing emotions.
My past’s a souvenir & today’s a climb
& future will be success, I surely can rime.
I am never alone, my heart’s always there to encourage,
My mind is to concentrate, I’m evergreen foliage.
To achieve my dreams I’ve to ignore the pains & hit the struggles,
I know I will meet storms & life will have shuffles.
I will give my best to vindicate every arriving storm,
I will gain excellence on every level of life, on every platform.
I surmise I can again build the inchoate bridge,
This will lead me to achievement over the ditch.
but I’ve never learnt how to resign in darks
Cause I know I’m not gonna pause even if the fortune narks.
Flying

In the sleepy afternoon,
Up I go to find the moon.
I can see as I go high,
Far along the cloudy sky.
I can see as I come down,
The tops of houses in the town.
High and low,
Fast and slow,
I fly so high.
See the sun go away,
Gone to make a bright new day.
I can see as up I go,
The trees are waving to and fro.
I can see as I come down,
The lights are twinkling in the town.
High and low,
Fast and slow,
I fly so high.
