Booking Terms & Conditions

Once your provisional Festive Party booking has been made a £10 per person deposit is required within 2 weeks to confirm the booking.

Pre-orders for all catering services are required 2 weeks prior to your celebration.

All deposits / payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should numbers reduce between the time of booking and making the final payment, deposits already paid cannot be used against the final balance, these deposits will be lost.

Final balance is due on Friday 30th November. Once the final balance has been paid, all monies are neither refundable nor transferable if numbers are reduced. Corporate discount or discount cards do not apply to any Christmas functions in either the restaurant or function suites.

Hilton Belfast Templepatrick reserves the right to cancel an event. In this eventuality a full refund will be given or an alternative date or location will be offered. Bookings made within two weeks of the event date require immediate full payment to confirm your place. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate and are subject to availability.
