Job Summary

Assisting in the efficient and timely management and input of customer orders by providing exceptional customer service

• Dealing with customer enquiries via Phone/web enquires/live chat/emails/ face to face demonstrating first class customer service while delivering our brand values

• Respond to the individual needs of each customer, identifying and clearly understanding the requirements of their enquiry.

• Advising customers on the correct information regarding our products• Prepare and follow up customer quotations• Ensure information and customer interactions are accurately recorded.• Deal with customer complaints in a timely and effective manner• Interact with customers through our social media channels to demonstrate our products and services• Operate a computer order entry and quotation system.• Carry out pro-active sales work to promote our products• Record daily activity levels• Provide support to other departments within Tobermore• Follow all Company procedures including health and safety• Any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by your employer

Essential Desirable

Qualifications • 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C • A Levels / Degree qualified.• A qualification or training

in customer service.

Experience • Strong Customer service experience. 1+ yr. dealing with customers over the telephone

• Customer experience dealing with customers online

• Experience working within a busy office environment.

• Previous order processing experience.

• Knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry.

• Customer complaints handling.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in the use of MS Office. • Demonstrate our core values- HEART- Humility,

TrainingA comprehensive 6-8 week Training Program will be provided, covering all aspects of our business, including:

• Business Strategy

• CRM

• Navision

• Pricing, Measurements and Calculations

• Internal Systems and Processes

• Technical Product Training

• Tobermore Design Service

• Cold Calling Techniques

• Communication with Customers

• Social Selling

• Working with Merchants and Stockists

• Working with other Tobermore teams

(includes work shadowing time)

• Planning and Time Management

RemunerationThe salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.

Bonus A bonus scheme is included in the remuneration package for this post.
