At TM FURNITURE INDUSTRYwe have developed a range of well-designed, flexible toilet cubicles and washroom systems that can be tailored to suit the client’s needs. Our Toilet Cubicles and HPL lockers are manufactured using high quality High Pressure Laminate material that is resistant to water, moisture, bacterial growth and fire.

The HPL used in TM FURNITURE INDUSTRY toilet cubicles is easy to clean and maintain, is scratch resistant and stain resistant.

With a variety of standard colors and a range of fittings available, TM FURNITURE INDUSTRY Toilet Cubicles have been used in a variety of applications including; schools, hotels, gyms, offices, industrial sites and retail outlets. In addition, TM FURNITURE INDUSTRY can provide brightly colored cubicles in fun shapes for children’s toilets.

GeneralTM Furniture Industry supply and install Restroom Cubicle System that includes divider (intermediate) panel, front pilasters & door made of compact laminate with Stainless Steel Accessories (304 or 316 Grade). The Solid Compact Laminate (Phenolic Core Board) is based on thermosetting resins, homogeneously reinforced with cellulose fibers. Top surface on both sides is melamine coated which is scratch & impact resistant. The intermediate panel is one continuous panel without any joints. All divider panels, pilasters and doors shall be 13mm thick Compact Laminate Sheet. All accessories shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or grade 316, as per project requirements.

DoorsAll doors shall be of single color, 13mm thick HPL compact board with chamfered edge. Each will be supported by stainless steel gravity self-closing Hinges affixed to the pilaster, completed with stainless steel Coat Hook and stainless steel Door Knob.

PilastersAll pilasters shall be same as door color as standard (colors different from doors are available upon request) 13mm thick HPL compact board completed with stainless steel Thumb turn for locking doors. The pilaster shall be anchored to the floor using stainless steel Adjustable Leg with threaded rod inserts for stability. The floor clearance is 150mm standard.

Top RailHeavy-duty Aluminum Top Rail Channel with anodize or powder coating finish, shall be fixed onto the top of the pilaster for maximum strength, stability and alignment of the system.

Intermediate PartitionsAll intermediate (divider) partitions shall be of same as door color as standard (colors different from doors are available upon request), 13mm thick HPL compact board with stainless steel angle bracket OR Aluminum U-channel, affixed at its ends (to the wall and pilaster). For ultimate stability of the system, TM Furniture Industry recommends that the length shall not exceed 2000mm.

HPL COLOR OPTIONSCompact laminate is a solid grade, load bearing laminate. It has inner core of celluloid fibresimpregnated with thermo-setting resins which are resistant to atmospheric and chemical agents. It provides superior mechanical properties to impact resistance. It can be applied on both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Compact Laminates are manufactured in various thicknesses, adequate to eliminate the use of a substrate, and are useful where flat and free standing panels are required for decorative purposes. Compact laminate is usually used for areas with higher cleaning and hygiene requirements. So it is well suited for wet area applications such as shower cubicles or swimming pool lockers.
