Last month, we sat down with Jeff to get his thoughts on the upcoming store.

What do you bring to Wimsatt as a store manager? I think the value that I bring is simply an understanding and experience of doing business in West Michigan. I am very excited to pair our operational excellence and the combined experience of our team with the West Michigan marketplace.

How are we taking care of GR customers from now until the physical store opens? We are taking care of them with the same level of consistency that all of our customers expect. Obviously, we have worked through some additional details in regards to returns and small pick up orders because our location is not operational yet for daily business. But, if you ask the folks who have been buying from

us the last couple of years in anticipation of our location, they have said that our service level has met or exceeded their expectations. We are all excited to show what we can do and really raise the bar of our customers expectations of us - and our expectations of ourselves - in West Michigan.

Why would a GR-area contractor want to buy from Wimsatt? Our current customers tell us that they appreciate our consistency in all phases of what we do whether it be sales or operations. 2014 Testing MethodsNew ISO R-Values

Starting 1/1/14, R-Values for ISO must be measured utilizing a new two-stage testing procedure that will result in lower published R-values on all ISO products from all manufacturers. While the products themselves will not change, their labeled R-values will be lower.
