When I made the first tone card I found is very difficult to use the software programme. I kept on forgetting to make sure I set the key frames and made the tone cards last too long. Without setting the key frames the text wouldn’t move in the direction I wanted it to. After making one tone card, I found is easier to make the rest as I was new to using After Effects. I more tone cards such as ‘A Dark Mystery’ ‘A New Beginning’. With the other tone cards I used had to delete the text and write it again. I had to make a few adjustments but I didn’t find them hard. When I made the first tone card I found is very difficult to use the software programme. I kept on forgetting to make sure I set the key frames and made the tone cards last too long. Without setting the key frames the text wouldn’t move in the direction I wanted it to.

After making one tone card, I found is easier to make the rest as I was new to using After Effects. I more tone cards such as ‘A Dark Mystery’ ‘A New Beginning’. With the other tone cards I used had to delete the text and write it again. I had to make a few adjustments but I didn’t find them hard.

I also changed the opacity of the words so that when it got to the last milliseconds it would change to a darker grey colour and then disappear off the screen. I found this effective because we wanted to make similar tone cards to The Possession and I was able to do so.
