system that uses ecological Sulphur dyes under

Nitrogen atmosphere.

• To optimise water, energy and chemical

consumption and reduce processing residues

to a minimum.

using the Tonello G1 N2 Nitrogen dyeing machine:

• Sulphide free reducing system

• Particularly suited to medium and high intensity shades.

• Peroxide-based, eco-friendly oxidation.

• Greater dyeing stability producing more even results that are easier to

reproduce.

• Dyeing is superficial, giving a worn look without damaging the fibre.

• Striking effects and contrasts can be produced by using chemical and

physical wash-down after dyeing.



The entire process is ‘Eco-friendly’:

• Processing in a NITROGEN atmosphere with a low liquor ratio to reduce

chemical use.

• The dyeing temperature can be reduced (60°C).

• Water and energy consumption are drastically cut.

•The process is ‘cleaner’ and safer for workers.

•The machine does not stain as easily, making maintenance and cleaning

simpler.

• G1 N2 Nitrogen Dyeing Machine: for controlled dyeing processes

without the use of OXYGEN, under NITROGEN atmosphere.


The machine is equipped with:

• 101°C KIT, which keeps the machine hermetically sealed to ensure total

absence of oxygen exchange.

• Automatic, controlled Nitrogen feeding.

• Automatic, controlled dye and chemical feeding: which enable dyeing to

be carried out a low liquor ratio.

• Jet System : to further reduce the liquor ratio in dyeing processes.

3.Advantages of laser group

• Dynamic Beam Expander = this system allows the using of two

important advantages: the dynamic focus and the focus shifter.

The first one allows the obtaining of a good homogeneity on the

process, because the focus distance will be dynamically

corrected during the side movement of the laser beam.

Whereas, the second one, allows the making of rough process

and accurate process, thanks to the setting of the height of the

scan head and the setting of the relative focus distance.

3.Advantages of laser group

• Scan head = our scan head is equipped with two beryllium

mirrors (30mm) that allow more thin and precise spots.

The using of beryllium makes the mirrors less heavy and allows to

move them quickly.

5.Advantages of table group

• Sliding tables = this system allows to automatically alternate the

two tables when they leave the work area.

This allows the operator to do lading/unloading operations on one

table while the other one is in the work area.

Besides, laser will automatically work on the just prepared table

after its insertion.

The advantage that this system offers is the complete elimination

of downtimes.

• External laser pointer = our laser pointer performs a preview of the

process that will be performed and its relative position on the table.

We optimize this system allowing the laser pointer to work inside

the table group and also outside, on the sliding tables.

7.Advantages of manikins group

• Manikins switcher = this rotating switching system allows the

operator to do lading/unloading process easily (and in a laser

protected zone), allowing to do loading/unloading process on one

manikin during the processing of the other one.

• Manikins rotation = this system allows the rotation of the manikin

on the front, on the back and on the two sides, expanding the

processing possibilities.

7.Advantages of manikins group

• Multi project function = this function allows the assignment of eight

different kinds of processing to some buttons located on the

work position, so you can select a kind of processing for every

garments.

The common use is facilitate the processing of garments of the

same pattern but of different sizes by assigning projects for specific

sizes to every buttons.
