Spring is that transitional period between the seasons : a metamorphous, a re-growth, renewal and rebirth. Our marquee concept has been designed to reflect the celebration of the new season. The renewal of Spring is accentuated through a stunning palate of cream, nude, blush, crushed raspberry and grays.

The palette evokes a sense of femininity and classic antiquity whilst maintaining a masculine edge. We have drawn on and embraced these senses to exaggerate the explosion of colour, scent and vibrancy that is encapsulated within the months of Spring.

Subhead2The inclusion of fl owing fabrics, an abundance of fl oral features and a modern day romantic take on the humble garden swing, work together to evoke and promote aa effervescent feel within the marquee.

As each guest enters the marquee they will experience a shift from the traditional to a fresh and invigorating Birdcage marquee. Oversized custom floral chandeliers made from textured Japanese pressed papers create a point of difference. These delightful and intriguing fl owers will hang delicately over the high gloss custom built bar.

Within crushed raspberry draping, our bespoke lighting illuminates the powder room. Step inside to be pampered and take in the details of the pretty hand made flowers suspended from above.

An old fashioned swing laden with fresh fl owers hangs romantically encased in a soft sheer drape. Creating a photo and branding opportunity, the swing will be weight bearing, perfect for those all important PR shots.

Perch up at a high table and ‘people watch’ or socialize on a large rose garden ottoman and chat with friends enjoying the racing day. As the action starts your guests step out on to the Terrace, keen punters take up a stool on the front row and watch the horses race by. Or if something a little more relaxed is preferred, sit back in an occasional chair and sip on a spring cocktail.

With the use and texture of pretty fl owers the menu becomes the living and interactive centerpiece of this fl oral fantasy. The food has been cleverly designed to take guests on a visual and culinary journey throughout the day. Seasonality and freshness is at the core of the menu with an emphasis on fl oral ingredients, scented herbs and spring fruits.

The Greatest Show on Earth have weaved their magic once again to uncover Melbourne’s best kept secret....Tonic House Rooftop.

During the 1920’s the building was known as the A.B Tonic Wine Store. This iconic structure is architecturally renowned as one of the last freestanding four story Victorian buildings in the CBD.

Located in the stylish Flinders Lane precinct, this incredible building has a striking rooftop vista. Offering your guests a rare celebration space immersed in the city skyline.

Fitted with slick black Kartell furniture and an abundance of lush green foliage this Pop Up rooftop makes for the perfect backdrop to any special event.

The rooftop can accommodate up to 300 guests in a cocktail style format however is intimate enough to work with a minimum of 60 guests.

TERMS & CONDITIONSThe Greatest Show on Earth Pty Ptd Terms and Conditions of Supply

The below terms and conditions are directly related to the above ‘booking details and inclusions’ and the ‘booking confirmation’ section in this document.

1. Bookings On receipt of the booking form on the reverse signed by or for and on behalf of the client the client shall forthwith be obligated to complete the booking upon the terms and conditions herein after contained. The Greatest Show on Earth shall not be required to verify the authority of the person making the booking on behalf of the client.

2. Changes and Cancellations A change of arrangements or cancellation initiated by the client shall not relieve the client of its obligation under this Contract and at the option of THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH a cancellation fee as follows will be charged in addition to the full cost of goods supplied or yet to be supplied where the supply contract cannot be cancelled without penalty.

Cancellation Fee (i) If the event is cancelled by the client not less than 60 days before the event date 75% of the total fee payable will be forfeited to THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.

(ii) If the event is cancelled by the client not less than 30 days before the event date 90% of the total fee payable will be forfeited to THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.

(iii) Cancellation of the event by the client less than 30 days before the event date will result in the total fee for the event being forfeited to THE GREATEST SHOW

ON EARTH and if not paid will become immediately due and payable as a liquidated amount and is hereby acknowledged by the client as fair and reasonable compensation to THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH for its losses due to late cancellation.

Notwithstanding the above at the sole discretion of THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH and if time allows for outsourced goods and services to be cancelled and payment therefore refunded to THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH or the obligation cancelled THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH will refund such amounts to the client.

3. Force Majeure THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH shall not be liable to the client for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or cancellation of the event that is due to circumstances beyond the control of THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH including but not limited to fire, acts of terrorism, floods, acts of God, inclement weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil commotion or unrest, interference by civil or military authorities or act of war.

In the event of such occurance the obligations of the parties shall be suspended to the extent that they are effected by the force majeure until same has passed or been resolved provided always that the happening of any such occurance shall not relieve the client of its obligation to pay THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH for goods and/or services supplied to the client or ordered on behalf of the client by THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH to the extent that THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH can’t after reasonable efforts negotiate a cancellation or a rebate of funds already paid.

4. Terms of Payment Payment shall be made: (i) As to 50% of the contract price upon placing the order; and (ii) As to 75% of the contract price at 60 days prior to the event date; and (iii) As to the balance plus or minus any adjustments for variations within 14 days of presentation to the client of the final invoice.

5. Loss/Damage to Equipment and Goods Equipment and Goods supplied by THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH remain the property of THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH but once accepted by the client at the risk of the client. Any loss breakdown or damage to the equipment must be immediately notified to THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH. In the event that the breakdown causes the equipment or the goods to become unsafe for use or present a possible danger to persons or other property the client shall immediately cease using the equipment and take all reasonable steps to secure the equipment or goods from sustaining further damage or causing further damage, loss or injury.
