A brochure for the Baldwin Park community in Orlando, Florida. The community is designed to be nice and elegant. An elegant brochure that highlights specific areas in the community, could complimant and showcase what Baldwin Park has to offer as a community in Orlando. At the time I created this brochure all the community had was an out of date website.The cover page is being displayed.

Knowing how a good education is to

the community, Baldwin Park offers

excellent opportunities at some of

the best Florida schools. In fact, students

can walk to the best public high schools,

middle schools and elementary schools that

Orlando and Winter Park have to offer.

The Winter Park High School campus

borders the neighborhood, and the Audubon

Park Elementary School is located within

Baldwin Park. Glenridge Middle School is

next to Blue Jacket Park and is a short walk

for many residents. Excellent private schools

are nearby, as are the acclaimed Rollins

College in Winter Park and the University of

Central Florida just to the east.

A variety of apartments are available in

Baldwin Park. You may choose architectural

styles Classical, Mediterranean, Colonial and

The site that is now Baldwin Park has a

proud history of United States military

service. From 1940, throughout World

War II, and until 1968, the site was an Army

Air Corps and Air Force base. In 1968, that

base became the Orlando Naval Training

Center (ONTC), a college campus for sailors.

Over 650,000 Naval recruits received basic

training here before the ONTC was closed in

1999. Lake Baldwin and Baldwin Park take

their names from former Under Secretary

of the Navy, Robert H.B. Baldwin. Lakefront

land has been donated for a commemorative

Veterans Park planned for the northern

shore of Lake Baldwin.

Baldwin Park has been carefully planned

to create a definite sense of community.

Baldwin Park has no gates or walls, but

blends seamlessly into surrounding areas.

It’s pedestrian friendly with wide sidewalks.

Homes are within easy walking distance of

stores, offices and restaurants. The parks,

lakes, playgrounds, and common areas are

places to meet and socialize, making Baldwin

Park one of the friendliest communities in

Orlando, Florida.

Balloons and Bouqets

The song Balloons and Bouquets is a boy reflecting on his life and moving forward. Taking negative influences away and finding the good. “Take a chance”. Take a chance seemed to be the topic of discussion during our talks. I decided to portray the band in three different elements playing the song. A garage, bar and a punk venue called the Gilman. This is a shirt the band had for a limited time.

A logo that can be used on shirts, stickers, and other ways of marketing the company itself. The company stopped production after MMA Apparel line Dethrone starting getting more exposure. - 2010/11
