Working with 30-50 economists including Nobel Laureates, 100+ sector experts, government, donor organizations, civil society, development agencies, businesses, youth, across rural and urban areas to identify, analyze and prioritize interventions that will deliver greater benefit per gourde spent, helping move Haiti towards a more prosperous long term future.

• Educate men / boys on the negative impact to society resulting from the exclusion and discrimination of women - Creation of posts of public interest "PSA in English" television broadcast in public institutions.

• Make available and affordable, if not free, support services for women victims of violence: legal aid, counseling, policewomen, a separate room in police stations. In cases of violence or sexual assault, make the medical certificate required for legal action free. Establish municipal networks that have the material and personnel required to provide these services through the relevant ministries.

• Civic education highlighting human rights and gender inclusiveness for certain trades and professions.

• Training for illiterate women and female merchants.• Providing training to the Women’s Affairs Ministry on

budget analysis; how to set specific goals, indicators.• Restructure the Women’s Affairs Ministry to be able (1) to

assist other departments to better adapt programs to the real needs of women and (2) to conduct an awareness around project implementation, (3) to monitor the implementation of the gender quota.

• Revise textbooks to remove gender and other prejudice.• Develop a law on how to apply the gender quota. • Distribute free sanitary napkins at schools.• Increase the number of female magistrates.

• Develop a law requiring political parties to include women in their leadership and management.

• Undertake a diagnosis of policies, legislation, existing regulations to ensure greater harmonization among jurisdictions.

• Establish solidarity groups and cooperatives to promote women’s financial independence by improving access to credit and increased savings.

• Universal access to preschool education for girls.• Set a minimum wage for domestic workers.
