President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Tuesday evening on the occasion of the UAE's 37th National Day. The group of women, led by the Syrian traveller Ehsan Jad Allah Nsser, delivered the 1312 feet-long letter with more than 1 million signatures of people from all over the UAE. The bike journey started from Fujairah on November 16 and toured around all the emirates stopping in every emirate for two days collecting signatures from Rulers, Crown Princes, officials from governmental departments, college students and people in public places and malls.

It's so big that we actually had trouble fitting it into the enormous Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium and had to leave the border pieces off. The world´s longest letter to Santa is written in Finland. The letter is 657 meters long and consists of 3668 individual letters. Writers were mainly secondary school students around Finland. The letters were combined to one long letter and it will be delivered to Santa Claus before Christmas.

A group of students from an Indian university celebrated their silver jubilee year, by setting a new world record for the longest letter. The Brahmakumaris youth wing of Gujarat University found an original way to celebrate their silver jubilee year, the university’s diamond jubilee year and 600 years since the establishment of Ahmadabad city. They decided to organize an event where people could write their own letter to God.
